I'm going to start by saying this was my favorite stop during this trip to New Orleans, not my first time in the city but my first time here and it did NOT disappoint. First piece of advice is to get there EARLY, if you do not have a reservation you will wait in a pretty long line in that blistering sun and that is not fun! They do a good job of keeping the line moving though, very efficient and accommodating. They have seating indoors and outdoors, the outdoor seating is preferred I assume because it is bigger and has more room for people to dance and vibe. They had these two MCs that curated an amazing vibe and were interacting with the patrons the whole time. High energy level, great music from the DJ too. Service was great, servers were gorgeous and despite having a few tables our server gave us the attention we needed to get our food and drink orders out in a timely manner. She also gave us some recommendations for the night time flex which was much appreciated. Now for the food........delicious. Hands down the best food we had while we were here. We ordered Fried catfish & grits, shrimp lobster & grits, and the seafood omelette with a side of pancakes. Let me tell you all something, those pancakes might be the best I have ever had. Or the best I have had in a while, it could def be the banana foster element that takes them over the top but wow they are amazing. All the food was great, and we cleaned our plates. The whole experience was a 10/10, highly recommended.

We had Deja as our waitress and she was very nice and personable. The food was excellent. I had the nice burger and it was excellent. Everything was well cooked, the meat was well seasoned and the ingredients were fresh. The charbroiled oysters were great too. The lemon pepper wings were also very good. The baked potato is very big and the grilled shrimp tasted great also. Everything on the menu exceeded expectations. Would reccomend this place to anyone.

Brunch at Nice Guys – 4⭐️ If you’re looking for a lively brunch with great music and good vibes, Nice Guys delivers. The shrimp & grits and pancakes were fire — definitely the highlights of the meal. I also had a Hurricane, and while it tasted great, it could’ve used a little more kick. The DJ had the place lit — all the down south twerk anthems mixed with some old school classics kept the energy up the whole time. Perfect spot if you’re trying to brunch and vibe. Now for the heads-up: • There’s an entertainment fee added to each bill • A gratuity charge is included automatically • You can’t split checks, so plan ahead if you’re coming with a group • Prices were on the higher side for what you get All in all, I’d give it a solid 4 stars — mainly for the atmosphere and music. Go for the vibe, not necessarily the value.

The atmosphere was everything, it's definitely a vibe. I ordered the chicken and watermelon. The wings were good. But be aware of the additional fees they charge $5 entertainment fee per person. The waitress told me a mimosas tower was $35 for brunch when we received the receipt I was charged $35 per person for a mimosas tower which is crazy. If you are looking for a great time this is it. But as a tourist be aware of the fees.

Brunch Disaster — Never Again I made reservations, arrived early, and still had to wait in a long line. Strike one. When my bottomless mimosas finally arrived, they came in plastic to-go cups—hardly what you expect for the price. Then came the list of extra charges: no separate checks for my party of four, a credit card fee, a $5 entertainment fee, and an automatic gratuity fee per person. The drinks were outrageously overpriced—about $20 each—still served in plastic cups. My steak and eggs were a letdown: the eggs were clearly instant, not fresh, and I had to cut my steak with a plastic fork. The only saving grace? The music, DJ, and our server. Unfortunately, the overall experience wasn’t remotely worth the nearly $400 bill for four guests. This place felt like an overpriced scam, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a quality brunch.
